Delegate from the Ministry of Education of Brava receives Delegation from Fundação Brava Sustentável, with the consultancy mission to be carried out in the next few days on the agenda

This meeting was an important step in the consultancy mission that the Foundation is carrying out on the island, with the aim of identifying potential opportunities for activities and priority projects that align with the organization's objectives and that can be implemented in the short and medium term.

The Fundação Brava Sustentável, represented by Dr. Cláudia Abreu Martins, manager and researcher of the organization, was attended by assistants Isabella Lima and Mariazinha Louro. During the hearing, Foundation representatives discussed the main objectives of the mission, which is scheduled to take place from October 7th to 20th.

The main objective of Fundação Brava Sustentável's consultancy mission is to carry out a needs assessment on Brava Island, identifying areas where the organization can contribute to the sustainable development of the community. This includes assessing needs related to education, health, environment and other sectors.

The Delegate of the Ministry of Education, Vergílio Pires, expressed his gratitude for the Foundation's initiative and highlighted the importance of partnerships between civil society organizations and the local government to promote the well-being of the population of Ilha da Brava. He emphasized the commitment of the institution he directs to actively collaborate with the Foundation to achieve common objectives of sustainability and development.
